Once the design is approved, we finalise all construction drawings, material selections, and fixtures. We also handle compliance — so you don’t have to.
You’ll receive a clear project timeline outlining key milestones from start to finish. It helps you track progress, stay informed, and plan ahead — especially if you’re supplying any of your own materials.
Build Preparation
We get everything ready — so construction runs like clockwork.
From sourcing materials to scheduling trades, we coordinate every detail behind the scenes — or, if you prefer to supply your own materials, we’ll integrate them into the plan. You’ll receive a clear timeline and know exactly what to expect at each stage.
