Nestovate completed a comprehensive renovation of this Ringwood property, upgrading every major space bathroom, kitchen, laundry, pantry, flooring, lighting, and cabinetry to achieve a cohesive and contemporary look. The project focused on improving functionality, maximising storage, and replacing dated finishes with modern materials and thoughtful design.
The Challenge
The home suffered from outdated layouts, worn surfaces, limited storage, and inconsistent finishes across all rooms. Poor lighting and old fixtures made the interiors feel dark and cramped. The client needed a complete upgrade that improved practicality while delivering a unified, modern aesthetic throughout the entire property.
The Solution
Nestovate delivered a full-scale renovation, redesigning each space with a clear focus on usability and continuity
- Bathrooms: Reconfigured the layout, tiling up to ceiling, a contemporary vanity with marble stone top, and a sleek black shower screen new state of the art toilets.
- Kitchen: New two-tone cabinetry, stone benchtop, Taj Mahal stone splashback, Calacutta D'oro Smooth stone top, redesigned layout with upgraded appliances.
- Laundry: Converted an old toilet room into a compact laundry with custom cabinetry and efficient storage.
- Pantry: Transformed the previous laundry into a functional pantry with stone benchtops, overhead storage, and Taj Mahal stone splashback.
- Cabinetry: Installed a custom wardrobes with shelving, soft close drawers, and mirrored sliding doors.
- Flooring & Lighting: New 7mm hybrid flooring and modern LED downlights installed across the home for a fresh, cohesive finish.
- Painting: Interior walls were painted in Low Sheen Casper White, with all doors, windows, and architraves finished in high-gloss enamel, and ceilings in flat white. Exterior gutters, fascia, and eaves were fully prepared and repainted for a fresh, durable finish.
The renovation created a seamless flow between all areas, combining practicality with modern elegance.
