The Challenge
The original home featured a dated layout and finishes that restricted natural light and flow. Our client wanted a complete interior refresh, including a kitchen upgrade, an additional bathroom, new flooring, and improved lighting to bring the home up to modern standards and improve overall comfort and practicality.
The Solution
Kitchen Renovation: Installed Shaker style custom cabinetry with elegant Calacutta D'oro Smooth white stone benchtop and splashback with waterfall style, creating a fresh, functional, and timeless kitchen space.
Bathroom Conversion: Transformed the existing laundry into a modern bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, wall hung toilet, floating vanity, and a Euro laundry cabinet for maximum efficiency and sophistication.
Flooring Upgrade: Updated all three bedrooms, living room, family room, and study with 7 mm Blackbutt hybrid flooring, adding warmth, durability, and a modern aesthetic.
Lighting Installation: Fitted new downlights throughout the home to enhance brightness and create a sleek, contemporary look.
Painting & Finishes: Applied sheen white paint to all internal walls, refreshing the entire home and enhancing natural light.
Layout Enhancement: Modified the entrance wall to open up the passageway, improving flow and creating a more welcoming entry experience.
Final Touches: Installed a new external door and upgraded all door handles to complement the home’s contemporary finish.
