The Challenge
The existing home featured dated interiors, ageing finishes, and inefficient layouts across the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, flooring, lighting, and roof. The client wanted a modern, stylish, and functional upgrade throughout the entire house with a consistent design theme.
The Solution
Nestovate delivered a full house renovation, including a complete kitchen renovation with white Polytec cabinetry, soft-close hinges, stone benchtops, overhead cabinets, supplied and installed appliances (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and rangehood), relocation of the oven, and a new fridge cabinet.
We renovated the laundry with white cabinetry and a stone benchtop.
The main bathroom renovation included a freestanding bathtub, 750mm custom vanity with white stone benchtop, above-counter bowl basin, 900x900 shower with custom hinged shower screen, and all black fittings.
The toilet was renovated with a sleek tornado flush toilet and black fittings.
The ensuite renovation included a 750mm custom vanity with white stone benchtop, above-counter bowl basin, 900x900 shower with custom hinged shower screen, all black fittings, and a tornado flush toilet.
We completed flooring works with 8mm hybrid flooring in a Blackbutt finish, internal painting of the entire house, replacement of all existing globes with new downlights, and roof painting.
