Nestovate had completed a full floor transformation for a house in Morwell, delivering a completely refreshed and contemporary look by replacing over 100 square meters of old, stained carpet with high performance hybrid flooring.
The Challenge
This charming three-bedroom, one-bathroom house was visibly diminished by heavily stained and dated carpets. The accumulated dirt and worn appearance made the entire house look tired and unkempt, creating an aesthetic liability. The challenge was to swiftly remove this unhygienic, damaged flooring and install a robust, modern surface that would significantly elevate the property's appeal and functionality.
The Solution
The entire 105 sqm of old carpet was stripped back. The chosen replacement was 7mm Hybrid Flooring (featuring a Stone Plastic Composite or SPC core) in a desirable Blackbutt finish. This solution was selected for its:
