Nestovate completed a full wet-area renovation, upgrading the common bathroom, ensuite, and powder room with cohesive modern finishes, improved layouts, and premium fixtures. The project focused on functionality, durability, and refined aesthetics, delivering three distinct yet visually connected spaces designed for everyday comfort and long-term value. 


The Challenge

The existing wet areas were outdated, lacked storage efficiency, and did not reflect the modern style or functionality the homeowners wanted. The common bathroom still had a bathtub that restricted space, the ensuite needed a more luxurious finish, and the powder room required a visual refresh to match the rest of the home. The goal was to modernise all three spaces while maintaining consistency in quality and design.


The Solution

Common Bathroom

The layout was redesigned to maximise usability, with the vanity repositioned and the bathtub removed to create a spacious walk-in shower. Matte Black tapware adds a sleek contemporary finish, while 600×600 grey tiles provide a clean, modern base. A 900 mm wall-mounted stone-top vanity and LED mirror cabinet enhance storage and lighting, complemented by a standard 450×500 mm niche for practical shower storage. The space is completed with a rimless tornado-flush toilet with bidet seat, plus new towel rail and toilet roll holder.


Ensuite Bathroom

The ensuite was designed as a refined retreat, featuring brushed gold tapware for a warm, luxurious tone. Sierra Marshmallow terrazzo 600×600 tiles introduce texture and character, paired with a gold-trim niche for a premium detail. A 900 mm wall-mounted stone-top vanity with wall spout tap maintains a minimalist look, while the LED mirror cabinet adds both practicality and style. A rimless tornado-flush bidet toilet and matching accessories complete the elegant finish. 


Toilet / Powder Room

The powder room was refreshed with 600×600 grey tiles installed halfway up the walls, creating a clean and modern visual line while maintaining easy maintenance. A new rimless tornado-flush toilet with bidet seat and updated toilet roll holder ensure both comfort and practicality in this compact space.

The completed renovation delivered three cohesive, modern wet areas that balance practicality with contemporary design. Each room now offers improved layout efficiency, premium finishes, and enhanced comfort, while maintaining a consistent visual language throughout the home. Family Bathroom Renovation

This complete layout overhaul transformed a dated, cramped bathroom into a sleek, open-concept sanctuary. By removing the bathtub, we maximized the floor plan to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower and a newly positioned toilet featuring a tornado flush rimless design and a bidet seat.

The aesthetic was elevated with full-height 600x600 grey tiles and a 900mm stone top wall-mount vanity with an under-mount sink. Striking matte black tapware, a matching towel rail, and a 450x500mm shower niche provide modern functionality, while the LED mirror cabinet adds the perfect touch of luxury and integrated storage.

Ensuite Renovation

This dramatic renovation transforms a dated ensuite into a warm, high-end retreat by optimising the layout and introducing premium textures. We replaced the old framed shower and traditional vanity with a sophisticated 900mm stone top wall-mount vanity featuring a wall-mounted spout and a luxury LED mirror cabinet. The space is completely redefined by 600x600 Terrazzo Sierra Marshmallow tiles and striking brushed gold tapware, including a matching towel rail and toilet roll holder

The functional upgrades are just as impressive, featuring a frameless shower screen with brushed gold hinges, a square floor drain, and a 450x500mm shower niche with a sleek gold trim. We also modernised the essentials with a tornado flush rimless toilet, and installed new HPM switches and an exhaust fan for a crisp, contemporary finish.


Powder Room Renovation

This renovation took a simple, dated toilet room and gave it a modern, high-end feel through thoughtful material choices and hardware updates. By replacing the basic floor tiles with 600x600 grey tiles that extend 1/2 way up the walls, we created a much more cohesive and premium look that visually grounds the space.

The upgrade features a high-performance tornado flush rimless toilet fitted with a modern bidet seat for ultimate comfort. To pull the new aesthetic together, we installed a new toilet roll holder and changed the door handle to a sleek black finish that perfectly complements the grey tones of the new tiling. These subtle details, combined with the clean lines of the half-wall tiling, transform this powder room into a contemporary and functional space.
