A key challenge involved incorporating the toilet from the powder room into the common bathroom without disrupting the existing flow of the space. Repositioning the vanity also required thoughtful planning to ensure the new layout remained practical. Additionally, increasing the shower size from 900 mm to 1500 mm introduced coordination challenges around plumbing, spacing, and maintaining clear access throughout the renovation.

Nestovate rebuilt key components of the space to deliver a cohesive and premium finish. The bathroom was retiled using 600x600 mm size light grey porcelain tiles with a P3 slip rating for enhanced safety and a seamless modern look. The shower area received a sleek black-framed glass enclosure and a built in niche for convenient storage, one of the most effective features in any bathroom remodel.
A back to wall vanity with a 20 mm white stone benchtop and above counter basin was installed, paired with gunmetal tapware for a refined finish. The toilet was upgraded to a modern tornado flush model. New down lights and a 3 in 1 exhaust system boosted visibility, comfort, and ventilation, key elements in every successful bathroom renovation.
