Nestovate delivered a refined bathroom renovation by converting an underutilised laundry into a fully functional, modern bathroom. This custom bathroom renovation was carefully designed to maximise space, improve usability, and elevate the overall aesthetic of the home while adding long-term property value

The Challenge

The existing space was originally a laundry and lacked the infrastructure and layout required for a bathroom. The client required a complete bathroom build that included a toilet, bathtub, vanity, and integrated laundry cabinetry, all within a compact footprint. The brief focused on creating a modern bathroom design that felt luxurious, practical, and cohesive with the rest of the home.

The Solution

Nestovate completed a full bathroom renovation, delivering a bespoke layout tailored to the space. The design features a Euro-style cabinet laundry seamlessly integrated with a wall-mounted vanity and toilet, creating a clean and uncluttered look. 

A freestanding bathtub was installed alongside a custom shower screen, paired with brushed gold tapware for a refined finish. The bathroom was completed with a recessed niche, LED mirror, upgraded electricals including a 3-in-1 exhaust with heating and lighting, additional downlights, and a fresh neutral colour palette to enhance brightness and warmth

The finished bathroom renovation transformed the former laundry into a sophisticated and highly functional space. Thoughtful design choices, premium finishes, and precise workmanship resulted in a modern bathroom that exceeded the client’s expectations.
